The Evolution Fitness team would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your decision to become our member. We invite you to enjoy the facilities provided in our Spa & wellness center and we hope that the time spend here will be both relaxing and invigorating. 

One of our wishes is to create a remarkable experience to our guests, therefore please take into consideration our recommendations. If we can further assist you with information about the facilities please do not hesitate to contact us.

We always have our customer in mind, thus the Evolution Fitness receptions will provide you fresh towels and /or robes, which will be included in the price of the services selected. It will be your choice if you consider to benefit from their usage. After using the Evolution Fitness towels / robes, please return them to our receptions, in the specially designated areas.

Since we respect and protect the privacy of our guests, please do not take any photos / do not record any images that might create a degree of discomfort for other guests.

We truly believe that Evolution Fitness offers a getaway from stress and daily routines. We kindly request guests to keep noise to a minimum and do not use the mobile phones, tablets and laptops within the wellness center. Moreover, we realize the importance of staying connected to the outside world, nonetheless, please ensure that other guests are not disturbed by your behavior.

We have devoted our time to develop a concept that provides a complex range of facilities and products, designed to improve your physical condition and personal health. We are always open to suggestions and to improve the quality of services offered. Therefore, we would like to count on your support. Please do not allow the consumption or sale of those prohibited products that can endanger your health within the Evolution Fitness center.

We kindly ask to pay attention to the usage of the facilities, and respect all our guests throughout your training session, in order to prevent any accident that may cause the fall of weights, breaking a pulley, a cable or anything similar. Similarly, we recommend permanent care while training (especially when you are using weights, adapt your speed when running, control the duration, etc.) and adapt it to your physical condition, in order to prevent any possible unintended consequences.

In order to ensure an effective training session, the Evolution Fitness fitness team and therapists discourage alcohol cåonsumption, both before and after your training session.

We wish that our guests will enjoy the Evolution Fitness facilities and the high quality standards offered, therefore please use the equipment and facilities keeping in mind the reasons why they were made available to you and please notify us of any damage or any technical deficiencies of our equipment and features.

We would like to ensure you that we will investigate as promptly as possible any report of disappearance of your valuables. In order to limit any kind of loss or damage, we provide you deposit boxes at the Evolution Fitness receptions, together with secure locker rooms controlled by an access control wristband, which will be allocated in your presence. Please make use of all these valuables storage facilities.

Our team will appreciate any notification about found items within the center, in order to return them to the rightful owners.

As we wish to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety for all our guests, the Evolution Fitness team highly recommends wearing suitable indoor training gear. Moreover, please carefully read the instructions displayed for each feature separately. We would like to thank you in advance for your support in preserving the cleanliness standards within our center.

Because we are customer focused and because you deserve our full attention, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. By doing this, we will not be forced to shorten this duration of your booking, either to postpone other guests with subsequent appointments.

Since each of the facilities offered in the Evolution Fitness have different indications and contraindications of health, please carefully read the warnings and recommendations of usage. Please draw any medical issues to our attention.

Please have in mind that the facilities and services offered at Evolution Fitness are based on membership card. This card is not transferable to other people, and it will be valid for the agreed period after it has been issued. We kindly ask you to present the Evolution Fitness card at the reception whenever you are using the facilities within the center. Moreover, in case of its loss, please notify us as soon as possible.

Our cancellation policy implies a 24 hour notification for one person services and 48 hours for group bookings.

Our main goal is that all of our guests will enjoy the Belaqva experience. Having this in mind, please ensure other guests are not disturbed, since we would like to offer safety and comfort to everyone. In case of failure of compliance to our above recommendations and / or causing an inconvenience created to our guests, in terms of safety, comfort and privacy, we reserve the right to cancel your membership and to deny future requests coming from guests who do not comply with this Evolution Fitness etiquette.
